     When you engage with the AI, we may receive:

  • Text you type (e.g., reflections, questions, emotional content)

  • Optional feedback you submit about your experience\

Please do not include identifiable information, such as your full name, address, or medical history in your messages.


     B. Usage Data

     To improve the quality of our service, we may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data:

  • Session timestamps
  • General interaction patterns
  • Device type or browser (without GPS or IP-based tracking)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Respond to user feedback or support requests
  • Monitor system performance and ethical use

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Any analytics are used only to make the experience safer and more effective.


4. Data Processing and AI Providers

Our services are powered by OpenAI’s GPT technology. When you interact with the AI, your input is processed by OpenAI’s servers.

  • OpenAI may retain conversations for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
  • OpenAI does not currently offer HIPAA-compliant services and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

5. Important Note on Health Information

Although you may discuss personal and emotional topics in your conversations, our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor medical or psychological conditions. We do not intentionally collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI).

Because this service is powered by OpenAI, which is not HIPAA-compliant, please do not submit sensitive health information or personally identifiable data in your messages.

We do not intentionally retain user-specific conversation logs outside of OpenAI’s default storage period (up to 30 days). We do not use persistent identifiers, and we do not link sessions to individual users.

All interactions are encrypted in transit. No user accounts or login credentials are required to use the basic services.


8. Third-Party Services

If we use tools for analytics, donation processing, or mailing lists (e.g., Stripe, Mailchimp), they may receive limited user data such as email addresses. We choose providers that follow strong privacy practices, and we do not allow them to use your information for their own purposes.


9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for users under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child has submitted personal information, we will delete it as quickly as possible.
